Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade to a paid plan. Refund requests are evaluated at Scanlix's discretion.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@scanlix.app or submit a request from your billing dashboard. Include your account email and the reason for your request.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe to your original payment method. The exact timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.

4. What Happens After a Refund

Upon refund approval, your account is immediately downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to Free tier features. Any remaining paid features or credits will no longer be available.

5. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, refunds may be pro-rated for unused months, at our discretion. Contact support for details.

6. Add-on Packs

Add-on packs (e.g., extra scan credits) are non-refundable once credits have been partially used.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charge; no refund is applicable.

8. Enterprise

Enterprise customers are governed by their individual contracts. Refund terms are defined in those agreements.
